Bishop’s Café Sol serves dinner four nights a week, Wednesday-Saturday with reservations available between the hours of 5:00pm and 9:00 pm.
Lunch is served Daily from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Reservations are accepted two months in advance by calling 209-726-6262. The reservations desk is open Daily from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Bishop’s Café Sol offers a seasonal tasting menu that changes on a daily basis. The seasonal tasting menu which is designed by Chef Bishop and his staff to showcase the best seasonal products available is priced two ways for a true dinning experience; ala carte or the prix fixe three, four, or five course tasting (service charge not included).
A 20% gratuity will be added for parties of 6 or more
